I have reset it, left it plugged in all night, plugged it in and hit the button on the charger 3X, synced it several times while charging. The screen will say 100% charged, I'll wear it, and 15 to 20 minutes later it says "battery critical low". I don't know what else to do.

I’m having exactly the same problem. It isn’t the original one I bought. I had problems with it, and they replaced it, and now this one won’t behave, either.

Unfortunately it sounds like your battery is toast and since they're not easily replaced, you'll likely require a new device.
This happened to my Charge so I decided to drive over it with my truck and then disposed of it properly with some other ewaste. LOL 😆
