I have tried reaching out numerous times that it's ridiculous that no one has gotten back to me. First it was overheated and died and now it won't hold a charge after a hard re-start. I need someone from Fitbit to contact me and take care of this matter. I am now going on Social Media to see if I can get the help I need.

Hi, @Jpreziosi welcome, the best way to contact Customer Support is via Contact Us - Fitbit Help Center or use the help feed in the Fitbit app on your phone. Use the Chat facility or phone if available (not email) It's a good move to get organised before making contact so you can brief the agent clearly.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

The worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. I received this as a Christmas gift and they won't replace it. What kind of gimmick is that?

So frustrating dealing with customer service.
