Hi, I don't see a Badminton shortcut in the exercise shortcuts.
Can Fitbit support or anyone in the user community advise how to track badminton on Charge 5?
Or maybe, can Fitbit org add Badminton as an exercise shortcut so that the users can track it too?
Thanks,
Manav

Hi, @Maanav , unfortunately with the removal of the web based dashboard it is no longer possible to track Badminton as a specific exercise. You must now track it as an “Outdoor Workout”. Feedback on this loss has been provided to Fitbit/Google for re-consideration.

Short answer: You can't
In the good old days of Fitbit, it was possible to create "custom" activity names, and it was possible to rename activities to any of those names or any of the built-in names. Unfortunately, they released a major update to the app and after that it was no longer possible to rename activities with the app. However, it was still possible to rename activities by using the web-based dashboard on fitbit.com. As of a few days ago, that is no longer possible either. They completely shut down access to the web dashboard so that you must use the app for everything.

Anyone who would like the ability to create custom activities, or to access activities that used to be available on the web based database please vote for this feature request .
They are definitely not going to restore the web based dashboard, so there is no use voting for that. But their own information stated that everything previously available on the web dashboard was now in the app, and that definitely is not true!
