Hi my Fitbit charge 5 won’t hold any charge . It currently vibrates and flashes red every time I try to charge it and screen is black . I have tried resetting it with the button on the charger and still nothing

Same here. Went through all the steps as prescribed by the help desk. It will only hold a charge for a few hours. Even though the watch is only 1 year, 8 months old I was told, "sorry, it's out of warranty." I'm not interested in buying a new one every 2 years, so this was my 5th and last Fitbit product.

I have not had any support from the support team it just kept taking me to trouble shooting pages then the forum . I have tried everything and it’s still not working
