Had my Charge 5 for 9 months and it’s suddenly stopped holding charge. I have to charge it the moment I wake up and then the moment I get back from work/ before I want to go to bed so I can track sleep.

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. In addition, try completing a restart following the steps listed here below, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar:
The battery of the Charge 5 can last up to 7 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after one or two days. Keep in mind that some of the feature that can drain the battery more rapidly are:
