I’ve had syncing issues when the battery dropped below 20% and this time, nothing besides the clock is working.
I’ve tried resetting via the settings and with the press button approach. Neither of them showed a reaction.
I’ve turned off Bluetooth, shut my phone off as outlined in another article. Also with no success. Removing the Charge 5 from the app to pair it again is not working. It can’t find the device anymore.
What else can I try to get it to work again? Don’t want to buy a new yet (it’s less than 2 years old). Many thanks.

Battery completely drained and reconnected as it’s recharging. That seems to do the trick. Rather painful though…

I'm having the same issue only it wasn't caused by low battery. Charge 5 can't be found to pair on Bluetooth.
