Hello,
curious if anyone else has had an issue with charge 5 not powering on. A few days ago, I noticed my C5 wasn’t connecting to GPS. Yesterday, the battery appeared to die but won’t power on after leaving it on the charger over night. I tried to press the button on the power cable 3x in 8sec with no change. Anyone know a hack, or is it time to get a replacement?

It sounds like your C5 may be defective. Several of us have experienced various issues, especially after updating to the current firmware. I suggest contacting Fitbit support. They will walk you through a series of troubleshooting procedures. Once they confirm that none of the procedures returns your device to normal operation and if it's still in warranty, they should send you an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. If your C5 is out of warranty, from posts I've read, they should offer you a discount on a replacement. Note: the discount is on the full price, even if the device is on sale in the Fitbit store.

Same issue and happened within a day of being charged for Premium after my trial ended. Thought I had it going finally and watched it go dark within an hour after being at 93% charged. Nothing restarts it.
