My Charge 5 no longer works with my text messages on my android phone.  Any suggestions?

This help page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: How do I get notifications from my phone to my Fitbit (<-- click link).

Please let us know if you are still having problems after you do the recommended troubleshooting.
