I have a charge 5 that is not even 2 years old and is not working properly. Battery says 100% then dies a few minutes later. Put on charge and it says battery amount that isn't correct. This is the worse fitbit I have ever owned and I would not recommend. Its wasn't cheap to buy so expect it to last longer than a year and a half. Now have an x on the screen and won't do anything. Obviously there is an issue with the charge 5 as I have seen other reports.
