My Charge 5 shows the wrong time and date! I have tried restarting it but to no avail.

Hi @Mike127436 try syncing a few times - if you don't sync regularly, you can lose the correct time.

I can not sync my charge 5 because I have been told that my phone is an LG K42 and Google have stopped supporting it so now I can't get a connection between them which makes my Charge 5, which I only have had for about 9 months, almost unless! Thanks Google.
