My Charge 5 lost about 45 minutes and I can't get the clock to display the current time. I tried re-setting, but that did not fix it.

Hi there, @Shaylah. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5 and your time in trying to troubleshoot it before posting here.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hello @Shaylah
If you need instructions on how to change the time in the updated Fitbit app, here's how to do it.
Hopefully, this will correct the time on your Charge 5
