I've had my Charge 5 since Feb 2023, pretty much only taking it off for charging. Yesterday, came back from football training I noticed that it struggled to wake up the screen, I have it set to double tap to wake.Had to do that a few times to wake up the screen, but once active, I get ZERO reaction to anything else, no swipe in any direction works, no tap. I tried to restart and follow all the usual advice (change clock face nonsense)? What else can I do except for chucking it into trash (seems to be recording data in the background but functionality wise... it's only just a flipping watch now...)
Update: Forgot to add, latest Android app version, latest firmware, battery well above 50% and charging fine.
