My watch is only 10 months and the screen won't swipe. I did everything. reset it. go to settings and it will go up and down but not to the right. I am loving this watch but I am also disappointed because this is my third fitbit and the 2 previous ones lasted for many years

Sorry to see that your Charge 5 isn't working properly.
One other troubleshooting step to try is changing the clock face. Sometimes changing the clock face will get the device "unstuck". If this works, you can change back to the clock face you prefer. In case this is helpful, here are the instructions on how to change the clock face (<-- click link)
If this doesn't work, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They should let you know what are your options under warranty.
