My charge 5 battery suddenly drained and had trouble starting back up. Tried the three second restarts and reinstalled app. Changed clock face. Removed spo2. Still can't keep charge

That seems to be the running theme on this forum. Fitbit isn’t taking responsibility but just about everyone believes these problems are happening because of a firmware update they released. If your device is out of warranty they will offer 50% off a new device but who wants another Fitbit with crappy support like this. No firmware patches. No explanations. No updates on what’s happening.
