Charge 5 blank screen and red light on the back

My fitbit charge 5 randomly went blank. Wouldn't connect to my phone and the light on the back that is normally green is now red. I've tried the reset button on the charge cable and I've cleaned it.  I cannot connect to it at all. Any recommendations?
