Noticed as of 3/18/24 the app has fewer steps than the watch when I go to bed. When I try to refresh, the app simply stays stuck on some earlier number. Also the Device itself no longer shows sleep score. And yes I deleted app and reloaded and that changed nothing. The dashboard at Fitbit.com also shows wrong/ different numbers. Another epic fail by Google!

Hi, @christekm1 welcome, when you say "refresh the app" I assume you are manually syncing the app by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen on the Fitbit app & releasing. I find it usually needs to be synced twice first thing in the morning as some data needs to be processed on the Fitbit servers. Try restarting your Charge 5, this video demonstrates the process. Try going through the delete reload process for the Fitbit app on your phone using the following steps. (These are the steps for an Android phone - iOS is broadly the same) Manually sync the Fitbit app>phone settings>apps>Fitbit>clear cache & storage>force stop>uninstall>restart phone>reload Fitbit app>log into account. Check the app is syncing with the device. If you still have the problem review these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? - Fitbit Help Center & Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center
Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers
