Charge 5 won't sync anymore

My Charge 5 won't sync with my Android. Ive tried all the re-syncing steps, have uninstalled and reatalled the app on my cell, have turned on and off my Bluetooth.

My Android isn't seeing the Charge 5 in the pairing view. Help.

Takes forever to synch with iPhone (if it synchs at all) despite all trouble shooting and is getting worse all the time. The common denominator here is Fitbit as it happens with different device brands. I wish Fitbit would take accountability for fixing this rather than continually blaming user, device or simply repeating the same old tired trouble shooting steps that we’ve all tried multiple times. I’m ready to make the switch to a brand of tracker.

Yes. I've followed the steps in order at least 4 times. I've had this problem in the past at least 3 other times over the past two years. I'm  given up and have ordered the Versa 4
