Hi there. If I don’t wear my Fitbit and go for a walk with just my iPhone, the Fitbit doesn’t seem to sync with iPhone steps anymore. Can anyone help please?

I have the same issue. I have been through every step in the help guidance without any success. So frustrating as it was working fine yesterday. Unclear what if anything further I can do.

Hi there, @carol211062 @margs14. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5 and your iPhone. I will do my best to help you with this.
To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if whenever you use MobileTrack to track your steps your Charge 5 disconnects from the Fitbit app, therefore, you have syncing issues?
In the meantime, please check these help articles Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and How do I track my steps with Fitbit with my phone?

Hi thank you for your assistance. My Fitbit doesn’t disconnect but when I go out without my charge 5 and just have my iPhone which has the APP installed, I thought that when I returned home and put my Fitbit back on, that it automatically synced to the iPhone steps on the Health app?

@carol211062 Thanks for getting back and providing more details.
Although some users have used third party apps to sync with Apple Health, unfortunately the direct integration between this app and Fitbit is not available for the moment. However, I recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Product Feedback board of the Community: Integrate with iOS Health.
Even though the current status of this suggestion is Not currently planned, this doesn't mean that we are not reviewing the feedback we receive from our users. Therefore, I suggest you participate there, leave your comments and vote. We look forward to reviewing your input.
