Charge 5 won't sync or charge

My charge 5 that was replaced a couple months ago isn't taking a charge and won't sync to my phone.Getting really tired of your product not working.

It's showing my steps on the charge 5,but keeps putting other steps on it like it wants to go from Thursday to Friday.

Need to know what to do.

HelloI tried those steps last night and it still won't sync with my phone and charging has to be done on a daily basic.My son has one and he has no issues at all, But this is my 2nd charge 5 and still the charging issues,Now not syncing to my phone.Makes me sorry that I gave up the Charge 2 had no issues with that at all.
