Hello everyone
My charge 5 suddenly stopped working couple days ago and Fitbit team sent me a 35% discount on Fitbit products.
my annual membership was renewed few hours ago before receiving the resolution from Fitbit team.
now I have a subscription till April 2024 and a Fitbit device that doesn’t work.
as I can see on the forum A LOT of people are having the same issues.
can someone tell me what we can do ?
a measly 35% discount for a product that fails randomly is not acceptable to me.
