So I got my new charge 5. So far a big mistake. I got on the support site and learned to restart my blue tooth. Done. I learned to restart my Fitbit. Done. The App on my Iphone still says to update tracker. Press the Update button. Accept the terms, Same message: " An unexpected error occurred Please try again.
NOTHING gets this done. Anyone got any ideas other than the restarts? Thanks
Update: Additional note: Seems to be hung up syncing Apps. Gives a message We were unable to update/install one or more apps. Please try again.
