I'm still having issues with my Charge 5 tracking my steps and not synching. I've had days in which it indicated I have only two or three hours of sleep! It only synchs every other day. I have an iPhone. I have spoken to a tech and following the instructions to fix the problem. It started after the last update a month or two ago. Unfortunately, with the directions given to "fix' the problem and even getting a "replacement" tracker didn't resolve the issue. I'm now looking at the Apple Watch as a replacement.
