Charge 5 won't sync the SpO2 data to the Fitbit app

I have tried all the usual suggestions.  Restarted my device.  Turned Bluetooth off and on. Refreshed app. Nothing.

Hi there, @CA_F. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your SpO2 data is not syncing despite all the steps you've tried so far. I will do my best to help you with this. 

To better assist you, may I know if the SpO2 is not being tracked by your Charge 5 or the data is tracked by your Fitbit device but it isn't transferred to the Fitbit app?

SPO2 has not been tracked by the device or app.  Today, I actually got data today!  Before I ever opened my app, I restarted the device. I often would do this, too, but data was not captured.  Hopefully, it will keep working.
