Charge 5 won't sync to account

Since the move to Google, my charge 5 won't sync to my account.  It keeps trying to pair but won't pair.  I have restarted my phone,  logged out of my account and signed back in, and un-installed and reinstalled the app,  yet it still won't pair.  Now the watch won't do anything,  just have a blank screen.

I also maintain it for 1.5 months, but cannot solve the bug.
