Charge 5 no firmware update available

Firmware 194 has been available for Charge 5 for almost a year now and I still haven't received an update. Is there a way to force the update? Resetting, disconnecting and reconnecting, deleting apps hasn't helped. Support hasn't been able to help me either.

Based on the posts in this thread  I wouldn't be in a rush to update.

And the update may have been pulled due to the numerous bricked devices.
