why isn’t Fitbit syncing with my Apple Watch? Is there an internal Server down?

To better assist you, I'd like to clarify that you're referring to the Fitbit app since your Charge 5 does not sync with an Apple Watch. If this describes your issue, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
