Hi, @MichelleYap , temporary sync issues are not unusual and generally resolve themselves without any action, although I appreciate they can be very frustrating! I find the easiest way to force a sync is simply to log out of the Fitbit app and log back in again. If that does not work, please have a look at this help article and carefully work through the steps - although I would not advise removing your Fitbit from your account as that can create more problems than it solves.
Also make sure that other Bluetooth devices are temporarily turned off or out of range (including other Fitbits or tablets you use).
Hopefully one of these steps will now force a sync. Good luck, and let us know how it goes!
