Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry, but there is no way to sync your Charge 5 with a PC or a Mac. Fitbit had two proprietary ways to sync: Fitbit Connect and a Fitbit app for Windows 10. Both were deactivated in October 2022.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
I'm afraid there's not such a third-party app. Please note you need a compatible Android phone, iPhone, or iPad to set up new Fitbit devices. You can’t set up or sync with Windows 10 devices.
For more information about supported devices and operating systems, please see www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices

Why Fitbit/Google does not release Fitbit Connect and a Fitbit app for Windows 10 as open source? This would allow 3rd party software developers to provide this rather useful functionality and allow Fitbit users easy way to view their data on large screens.
