Charge 5 won't sync with my Android phone

Charge 5 won't sync. Tried all the usual suggestions. Will sync on iOS devices. Apparently this is a know issue.

Will you push an update and messages when resolved, rather than forcing me to update repeatedly until fixed?

As you already know, we’re currently investigating a syncing issue affecting some Android users. We will let our users know more about this as soon as we have any further updates.
