A couple of days ago, my Charge 5 would track steps but wouldn't sync with steps with my phone. Now it won't transfer any data to my phone. I restarted my Charge 5 and my phone with no success. Any ideas of what else I can try?

Hi, @Cdorak , sync problems are pretty common, and in my experience usually spontaneously resolve themselves as long as you are still using the same phone / same Fitbit to sync, and also you only use one device to sync - phone OR tablet, not either/ or occasionally ( even if that always used to work before).
So, as I say, except for the provisos above, if it synced before, it will sync again, but if you are feeling impatient, you can work, carefully and step by step, through the instructions here .
