Hi there, @Nilescat. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 5. 

Please note the disruption with the Fitbit.com site and Fitbit services has been resolved. You should now be able to log into your account, sync and check your information.

so is there an outage or something?   is till can't do anything?

Mine syncs but I don't get all the data in the App. Have tried all solutions in previous posts and it just won't collect HRV, spO2, breathing etc, as well as no sleep details (eg REM, deep sleep). Day 5 now, it's getting pretty ridiculous! Meanwhile we keep hearing things have been solved.

I’m having exactly the same issues - started yesterday.  It’s syncing, but no data, only recording steps - so frustrating.
