Ever since the beginning of February syncing issue and after that was supposedly fixed, I have to restart my fitbit a couple of times now per day to get it to sync. Prior to the issue, I never had to restart my fitbit to get it to sync. Not sure why this is happening as it is very annoying.

Hi there, @eemr78. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. @Dejayne Welcome on board!
I'd recommend trying the following steps:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
On a side note, please know if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I did all of this and still had to restart my fitbit twice today to get it to sync.
