To reproduce this issue, I suggest that you upgrade your app. Listen, everything worked this morning until minutes before the upgrade. I know you have extensive steps to go through. You have a vowel misunderstanding. This is a 'U' problem, not an 'I' problem. What has changed is the upgrade. If your upgrade makes all of your users wander through your Why won't my Fitbit device sync? page, that is not helpful. The least you can do is post the instructions to downgrade to the working app.

I did go to your page, which describes the old app. Step two (press and hold on the app and pull down) does nothing. What a surprise.
