Charge 5 won't sync

My Fitbit charge 5 won’t sync to my phone/app. I was having this issue and then noticed I need updates a little over a week ago and it all synced up then a few days later it stopped syncing and won’t even when I go in the app to do it manually. I checked and there are no updates for the watch or the app.
