Missing data from previous days

Hi, I’ve been missing all my data in my app between 22th december till 28th of December. And I’ve noticed that my app would’nt sync with my watch. 

Yesterday I saw a new update, which I couldn’t install at first, deleted my Fitbit from my app and paired it again. 

I now have my data from today, but not the previous days. It’s also not on my online dashboard.

Is all my data gone?!

(I’ve done some serious workouts these past days 😂, so it would be a shame…)

I'd like an answer to this too. Exact same thing. Charge 5 doesn't sync every now and then. I have to delete it and resync to my app. Last week I did the update thinking that was the reason. It wasn't syncing and I paired it again this morning and I only have today's info. It's supposed to have 2 weeks of data stored on it.
