My charge 5 will not sync to my phone.

Sad to hear that you're having issues syncing your Charge 5.
In case you've just switched to a new phone, please make sure it matches Fitbit's current system requirements as mentioned here:

It just took me 15 tries to get the Charge 5 to sync to my iPhone. Reboots, resets and all steps provided did nothing.
