Having had a Fitbit 3 for a number of years, I changed to a Fitbit 5 Charge 2 weeks ago - and since then it has been unable to provide me with any sleep analysis - the primary reason for making the purchase.
Trying to get support in the U.K. I get directed to the user forum - so I have to spend hours looking for the answer to something that should be a basic function.
Really not impressed - but if anyone can help, I’d be grateful.
