So ever since I've bought it, won't track my sleep only once in a blue moon for maybe a max of 2 hours ( I sleep longer than that haha) I've tried turning it on and off again, adjusting the way I wear it, and it has the recent update. Everything else works, it's just the sleep. What can I do? Please help

I’m having similar problems lately. I will track a couple hours, then have me awake for an hour or more and then actually start tracking my sleep. One day didn’t track at all.

It's tracked my sleep 2 nights since last Thursday. I've taken it off for periods of time to let my wrist 'breathe' and wiped the back of the unit. thought it would be ok last night then just given me the basic info. Have to say not very impressed.

This a long standing problem for me also. Customer service says to do the firmware update. I am reluctant to do that, half a functioning unit better than no functioning unit.

Same issue here - when I was using the Charge 4, it happened once a month or so, but when I changed to Charge 5, it only tracked my sleep once last week. A bit annoying….
