I have a charge 5, that is about 4 months old, everything was working fine until I woke up this morning.
There is no display. I tried doing a reset using the charging cable, pressing 3 times at a second each .
I will see the Fitbit logo on the device for a second and then nothing. Last night the charge was over 80% but I can't seem to get it to turn back on ... thoughts ?

You need to contact Support using the link at the bottom of this page. Ask if they'll do a Battery Test, which will help pinpoint the problem. I would have your camera ready in case they ask for proof.
If you got the device directly from Fitbit, you should be well within their warranty window and they may be open to an exchange. If you got it through another retailer, I would take it back to them and ask if they would be open to an exchange as well.
