Yesterday my fitbit charge 5 needed to charge ...as Soon i did that i Got a.black screen without i Felt the trill....i did al the steps.hard reset....try sync....try to charge the click...Notting works...what can i do?

@Katjehim Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected.

As you seem to have tried all possibilities to make your device come back to life without success, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further help:
