Charge 5 won't turn on or sync

Change 5 won’t sync or charge. It’s not registering.

Hi there, @acham. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

As a first approach, please try restarting your Charge 5. Then, try syncing your Fitbit device. If you manage to sync your Charge 5 but the screen remains blank, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

On the other hand, if the screen is back after the restart but the syncing issue is still not solved, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
