Charge 5 won't turn on

My Fitbit went black so I charged it the app says it is at 100% but it still won’t turn on

Hi, @marypeden , have you tried a restart?  As your screen is black you will need to use the small button on the charger, as described in this help article .  Sometimes you need to repeat the process a few times as a single restart does not always work.

 

Here’s a pic to show you where the button is:

I've tried this. My charger 5 still will not turn on. It doesn't even show the logo anymore when restarting it.  It's completely dead.  Very aggravating because I just got it this year.
