I've now had 3 different charge 5's in under a year and each one has had the same issue. The screen starts to go light in color, then it starts to freeze and stick until eventually the screen just goes black and stops working. On trying to restart you just get white lines before going back to the black screen. I've had the watch replaced each time and each time the same thing happens in under 5 months. It's now happened again 2 months after my original purchase date and no one wants to admit that clearly the product has a fault and is not fit for purpose as it doesn't even last 6 months. I've had charge 3 and charge 4 and this was never a problem. I'm now being told just to throw it away and buy something else from a different brand e.g Garmin!!!
