Charge 5 won't turn on

I have tried charging it, then pressing the button on the charger 3 times. But still no luck. I did this multiple times. Also cleaned the backbof the fitbit and connection on the charger. I used a different charging port and a different charger but still not working. The fitbit vibrates but the logo does not come on.
