My time won't sync with local time

Time and date on your Charge 5 will be automatically set while synchronizing with the Fitbit app on your phone. So please check if time and date are correct on your phone and make sure your Charge 5 is able to sync by manually synchronizing it with the Fitbit app on your phone.

Also make sure that your Fitbit app is set to the correct time zone. To do so, first tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner of the Fitbit app. Next select App Settings to check if the time zone is set to Automatic or you home time zone. Here you might also try to first select a different time zone than your's, sync your device, then choose Automatic or manually choose your preferred time zone and sync again to see if your Charge 5 now displays the correct time and date.
