Is Fitbit down today?  My watch won’t update and I can’t sync to my app.

Thanks for getting back to us @KareBearGetsFit. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 won't update. 

With won't update do you mean that the app is not updating? Please follow the instructions of help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
