I've tried all the recommended procedures but nothing changes.
One curiosity is that the Today icon on the phone app is never active. Pressing it does nothing. Is this normal?
My fitbit was working just fine until very recently when the battery started to drain very quickly. From a 100% charge to 0% with the watch just sitting on the table takes 4 hours or so. I was hoping that maybe the firmware update would help with this.
