For some unknown reason I have never received notifications that the battery on my Charge 5 was low despite having that activated so I have to put a reminder in my phone to charge it every 5 days. Now, I find I am not getting notifications for text messages or phone calls either. I have followed all the trouble shooting advice but still no joy. Is it just me or are other people having the same issues? If so has anyone found a way to resolve?

Hi there, @AM777. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Communtiy Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 stopped receiving notifications. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Charge 5 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:
Regarding the battery low notification, from the Today tab, tap the settings icon. Tap Fitbit settings > Push Notifications and Email Notifications and remove the check mark for Low Battery > Sync your device to save the changes and the repeat the process to turn these notifications back on.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thanks for your response - my Charge 5 is definitely not in sleep mode and I have tried everything suggested to re-activate notifications.
I used to get text messages and phone call notifications but not any more and I am fed up of spending time trawling the internet for solutions to try and get them working again as the advice from Fitbit is useless.
The lack of low battery notifications has been annoying from the start but I have put up with it; now the text/phone notifications have stopped working it means this will be my last Fitbit purchase as there are much better, reliable options on the market that work properly.
