Like so many others, my charge 5 was stuck on clockface April 2024 and would not move when swiped. Multiple times over 4 months tried all the recommended fixes ( press reset on charger cord three times, switch to new clockface). I did a press charger button three times today and charge 5 started working with same firmware that everyone assumed was faulty. I had heard maybe the Google server that sends out the firmware was the source of the problem and not the firmware itself. Maybe Google fixed the server and now the firmware uploads properly? Anyways I recommend you try the push three times on charger reset and maybe you will be as lucky as me and your Fitbit will start working.
