My charge 5 went off whilst on holiday. The app states it needs an update but the button is greyed out so I can't update or sync. The screen is blank and I can't charge even using all the tips previously re setting on charge ans pressing button so may times. I've googled everything.
I have read that all futbits have been updated (same date as mine went off 12th September) maybe a coincidence but I think not. I've had the charge 5 since April 23 so don't want to buy a new one as there was nothing wrong with it. Can anyone help please ?
